Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SaasFeed ("the Service", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

These Terms apply to all users, including visitors and subscribers. We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Description of Service

SaasFeed is a SaaS ad intelligence platform that aggregates publicly available advertising data from Facebook and Instagram. The platform allows users to browse ad creatives, estimated ad spend, audience targeting data, and growth metrics for SaaS and DTC brands.

Ad spend figures are estimates derived from public data and should not be treated as precise financial records. We make no guarantees as to their accuracy.

3. Eligibility

• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements in your jurisdiction
• By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement

4. Account Registration

You may sign in using Google OAuth. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Immediately notifying us of any unauthorised use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Subscription & Payment

Merchant of Record: All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy LLC, which acts as the Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy handles:

• Payment processing and card security
• VAT, GST, and sales tax collection and remittance
• Invoices and receipts
• Chargeback disputes

Your bank statement may show the charge as LEMONSQUEEZY or LS*TIKSAAS.

Subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly or annual basis. By subscribing, you authorise Lemon Squeezy to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Account settings page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain full access until then. No partial refunds are issued for unused days in a billing cycle.

We do not store your payment method — cancellation is handled directly through the Lemon Squeezy customer portal.

7. Refund Policy

We offer a 3-day money-back guarantee on your first payment. To request a refund within this window, email support@saasfeed.cc with your order details.

After 3 days, payments are non-refundable. Refunds are processed at Lemon Squeezy's discretion and may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or systematically download data from the platform
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense any data obtained from SaasFeed
• Use the Service to build a competing product
• Circumvent any access restrictions or subscription requirements
• Share your account credentials with others
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination without refund.

9. Intellectual Property

The SaasFeed platform, including its design, code, and original content, is owned by SaasFeed and protected by intellectual property laws.

The advertising data displayed on SaasFeed is sourced from Meta's publicly available Ad Library. We do not claim ownership over this underlying data. Meta and the respective brand owners retain all rights to their content.

Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use the Service for your own research and competitive intelligence purposes.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Ad spend estimates are accurate or complete
• Any results obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SaasFeed shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
